My New Years Resolutions #MFRWauthor

For the #MFRWAuthor 52-Week Blog hop, this week, the last challenge of 2017, I’m going to talk about my New Years Resolutions.

New Years Resolutions, somewhat like a bucket list, is something I don’t put too much stock in.  I think making resolutions gives you something work toward, but by the second week of January, you tend to forget about them until the next time you have to make a resolution.
But this time I’m going to make some resolutions that have to do with my work as a writer and a graphic designer.  So here they are.
I am going to find a better balance between writing time, making book covers, and spending time with my husband and our dog, Maddie.
I want to read more.
I want to continue to write quality books that I love.
I want to help other authors with promo and getting their books discovered.
I want to learn more about the business of writing and marketing and have a successful year in 2018.
And always, I want to enjoy life and keep writing, something that I love to do.
Thank you for stopping by and I wish you a healthy and happy New Year!!

Sweet and simple! That’s how I kept my list as well. Making small, attainable goals is the best way to go for me. That way I don’t have added pressure.

Good luck with your plans for 2018! Best of luck with writing and your cover design business. Have a happy New Year
